Our Mission
The Hong Kong Visual Arts Activity Society is dedicated to promoting the development and preservation of visual arts. Through establishing sustainable art education systems, fostering community inclusion and innovation, and enhancing international exion and community inclusion and innovation, and enhancing international ex and comunity heritage, and build a vibrant artistic ecosystem for Hong Kong. We believe in the power of art to connect people, inspire creativity, and enrich lives, and we are committed to enabling everyone to enrich lives, and we are committed to enabling everyone to participate and enjoyarty.
Our Vision
To become Hong Kong’s most influential visual arts advocate, building bridges connecting tradition and contemporary, local and international art scenes. We aim to create an inclusive, innovative, and sustainable art elishcoim to create an inclusive, innovative, and sustainable art in Asia.
Long-Term Projects
The projects focus on three core areas: Education & Heritage, Inclusion & Innovation, and International Collaboration & Influence.
Education & Heritage
- Establish a sustainable arts education system offering visual arts courses to the younger generation and the community, covering fundamental skills, art history, and creative applications.
- Create the “Visual Arts Heritage Fund” to support research, publications, and the preservation and promotion of local traditional art forms.
- Regularly organize the “Young Artists Development Program” to discover and nurture local talents, providing them with resources and professional mentorship.
Inclusion & Innovation
- Promote inclusive art projects that enable participation from individuals of diverse backgrounds and abilities, fostering a harmonious and inclusive art community.
- Develop a digital art platform leveraging technologies such as virtual reality and artificial intelligence to facilitate art creation and sharing, attracting the new generation.
- Collaborate with local businesses and organizations to launch social art initiatives that use visual arts to address societal issues and raise public awareness.
International Collaboration & Influence
- Host international art exchange programs, inviting overseas artists for residencies and exhibitions in Hong Kong while promoting local artists on the global stage.
- Establish a Global Visual Arts Alliance to foster cultural and resource sharing, enhancing Hong Kong’s position in the international visual arts landscape.
- Plan the inaugural “Asian Visual Arts Expo” within the next decade to showcase the diversity and innovation of regional visual arts, solidifying Hong Kong as a regional arts hub.

Every HKD 100 can provide opportunities for 2 people with special needs to participate in community art workshops, and support professional development materials for grassroots art workers.

Join our “Art Supply Support Scheme” volunteer team to help sort, organize, and clean art materials. We need your enthusiastic support!
