What is the Art Supply Support Scheme?
We firmly believe that artistic creation is everyone’s right. Through the “Art Supply Support Scheme”, we provide free or subsidized art materials to economically disadvantaged individuals, peotple specials to economically disadvantaged individuals, people specials to economic circumstances no longer limit artistic creation.
Who Can Apply?
Eligible applicants include:
- Low-income families and individuals
- Full-time students (proof required)
- Persons with special educational needs
- Artists and creators with disabilities
- Non-profit art organizations(NPO)
- Community art project organizers
Do we provide art supplies?
Art supplies include:
- Sketchbooks and drawing paper
- Pencils, charcoal, erasers
- Basic paint sets
- Brushes and palettes
- Professional-grade paints and canvases
- Sculpture and ceramics materials
- Digital creation equipment / Professional tools and equipment

Complete Application Form
Provide basic information and art needs description.

Eligibility Review
Our team will review applications within 5 working days.

Material Collection
Choose self-pickup or mailing (mailing costs self-covered).

Ongoing Support
Can apply for material replenishment quarterly.
Selected FAQ
Q1: Do we need to provide proof of income?
Yes, we require some basic documentation to ensure the fair distribution of resources.
Q2: Can I apply on behalf of someone else?
Yes, please provide the applicant’s basic information and a letter of authorization.
Q3: Are the items brand new?
We may be able to provide items that are either brand new or gently used and thoroughly sanitized.

Material Donations
Welcome new or good condition donations of Painting materials and pigments, Creation tools,Art books or Related equipment ect.
Financial Support
Every HKD 100 can provide opportunities for 2 people with special needs to participate in community art workshops, and support professional development materials for grassroots art workers.
Volunteer Opportunities
Join our “Art Supply Support Scheme” volunteer team to help sort, organize, and clean art materials. We need your enthusiastic support!
